Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition.
  • Please ensure all seals and hygiene stickers are intact, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at auviraskincare@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for return and offer you a replacement or refund.

Damages

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or faulty, please notify us within 7 days from receipt. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Exceptions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason. Refunds Timing
